A traditional Japanese Shotokan style of martial arts, including Jiu Jitsu, weapons, & self defense! Instruction by  world class female instructor, Daynia Carroll 4th Dan, with 27 years in the martial arts,including being a former member of the USA Junior National Team, receiving 10 gold National and 3 gold International world champion medals in competition! In 2008, she was inducted into the Eastern Martial Arts Black Belt Hall of Fame for International Achievement & in 2010 was awarded the Karateka of the Decade by Shihan Bob Montgomery! She is also a coach in the AAU karate circuit, where she trained her son, Jeremy Carroll to win a gold, silver, & bronze at the 2009 AAU National Championships!
